We manage a range of homes across London, including shared houses, studios and self-contained properties. The needs of each property are different, so the way we manage them is based on the building, the tenants and the landlord’s requirements.

Our current portfolio includes properties in Ilford, South Woodford, Homerton and Palmers Green. Many are close to good transport links and include a mixture of en-suite rooms, studios and shared facilities.
A six-bedroom HMO close to Seven Kings Station. The house has several en-suite rooms as well as a refurbished top-floor studio with its own kitchen and bathroom. A cleaner attends regularly, the garden is maintained and repairs are arranged when needed.
A well-kept HMO around five minutes from Seven Kings Station and the Elizabeth line. The property has shared facilities, fast Wi-Fi, off-street parking and space for bicycles. Cleaning, gardening and general maintenance are arranged regularly.
A six-bedroom HMO with a mixture of rooms and studios. Some rooms have their own kitchen area, while the larger studios have a private kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The property receives regular cleaning and maintenance support.
A large eight-bedroom HMO around five minutes from South Woodford Underground Station. It has several en-suite rooms, two top-floor studios and spacious communal areas. Fast fibre Wi-Fi, cleaning and maintenance are provided.
A six-bedroom HMO close to Homerton Station in Zone 2. The house has a mixture of shared rooms and en-suite accommodation, with communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. Cleaning and repairs are arranged as part of the management service.
A private one-bedroom house in Palmers Green, suitable for one person or a couple. It offers simple, comfortable accommodation and is looked after through our regular property-management and maintenance service.
